Welcome to our Yoga Studio and Koncept Store. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our online and in-studio services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of our website and customers of our studio and future locations.

1.2. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable laws and regulations.

2.1. We offer a variety of home-goods, wellness products and yoga-related items for purchase both online and in-studio.

2.2. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply or discontinue any product.

3.1. All prices displayed on our website and in-studio include applicable taxes and a base shipping fee. However, additional shipping costs may apply based on your location and the total weight of your order.

3.2. Prices are subject to change without notice due to market conditions and product availability. We reserve the right to raise the price of the items we sell online due to extra costs and fees.

3.3. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, online payment platforms, and cash payment methods.

3.4. We donate a percentage of certain items sold to a Non-Profit Organisation supporting the survival of wild Tigers. This may be reflected in the difference of price in selected items.

4.1. We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.

4.2. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5.1. We offer a return and refund policy for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of purchase.

5.2. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6.1. Our koncept studio offers a variety of classes and workshops. Bookings can be made online or in-studio.

6.2. Cancellations must be made 10 hours before the scheduled class to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty. This does not apply for last minute registrations.

7.1. Participation in Yoga classes and workshops is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries or health issues arising from participation.

7.2. Please consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness regimen, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are pregnant. We are not liable for any injuries sustained during classes or events. Our studio is insured to cover incidents occurring on our premises; however, participants are encouraged to have personal insurance coverage. 

8.1.  We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy page for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9.1.  All content on our website and in-studio, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of our Yoga Studio and Koncept Store or its content suppliers and is protected by Copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9.2. Unauthorised use of any content from our website or in-studio is prohibited.

10.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

10.2. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.
