How to Use:
Add 1 tsp to your favourite juice, smoothie, or tea. Enjoy up to 2 times per day.For acute symptoms, it's important to simmer this powder for optimum absorption. We recommend placing on the stove top for 15-20 min, simmering on medium heat. You can combine with other blood nourishing medicine like cinnamon sticks, fresh turmeric, or ginger for added flavour.
